The switchboard system is bad. The operator is too rushed, doesn’t check to see if anybody is at their desk in service, then when no one picks up there is just silence on the line. Called back and explained what happened, she says I can leave a message but then I’m switched to a phone that rings, no one picks up, then silence. The system does not work. Chug himself was very good just put a little effort and thought into your phone system.
