Bonnie is an excellent service advisor. SB Honda is lucky to have her.
I am extremely disappointed in the service manager (Scott I believe). I spoke to him about an estimate for my service because my car is not on a standard service rotation. He neglected to read everything my car needed so I was not given an appropriate oral estimate by him. I told him that I was not on a standard schedule.
Also, why does the website say an oil change is $59.95 but then we are charged $84. What is the extra $25 for? Why isn't your website accurate?
