We came in to get a replacement key for one that was lost. Between the time I called to explain what I needed, and when we came in, the key was gone and a new one hadn’t been ordered. Carlos was friendly and helpful, and we appreciate his concern. But we live in Carpinteria, and to drive to Goleta to learn that the item we needed was not available, was frustrating.
Usually Santa Barbara Honda provides excellent service, and we appreciate your professionalism, but a replacement key should have been available.

My Service Advisor, Bonnie Jimenez, informed me that my battery needed to be replaced. It was still under warranty and asked if I had the invoice for where I purchased the battery. I told her that I did not access to it. Then, Bonnie asked what Honda Dealership I purchased the battery. I was not sure but gave her contact info the Irvine, CA and Dublin, CA locations. She was able to get the necessary information and replace the battery under warranty. I appreciate her customer service and going the extra step. I have lived in several locations and always had my vehicle serviced at Honda Dealerships. The team at SB Honda is by far the friendliest and helpful staff I have encountered.
