The service provided was good, my issue is that I drove up from Orange County last Wednesday at 4am for a service. Previously the service was always first come first serve… apparently this standard was changed without letting customers know. I was turned away and told to come back Monday morning… there was zero consideration given to my trip north or the cost of fuel, either SB Honda or Homda Corporation dropped the ball in customer service, this needs to be fixed if you want to stay competitive.
