Overall expensive cost for the service provided. Service required light should had been cleared out on previous major service performed. Engine light should also not have come on after a major service. The astronomical cost to replace a knock sensor is beyond my belief. Honda of SB has just lost another loyal customer.

The service personnel moved the driver’s seat and didn’t move it back to its original position. This made it difficult for me to re enter the car to drive. They also engaged the emergency brake in a flat parking left. We never use the emergency brake and being unaware the emergency brake was activated made me think something serious was wrong with the vehicle when I commenced driving.
