Bonnie was great and helpful when i pointed out that the service team seemed to do a sub par complete job. No service lights turned off, no air in tires so no alignment, not sure what was really thoroughly done. However, again Bonnie followed through to help me.

Hello, all was fine with my appointment, but I was driving home at appx 5:30 p.m. today (Saturday) and noticed that the dashboard oil level indicator is still at 20 percent -- exactly where it was when I dropped off my car earlier in the day. Now I am confused ab the oil change, as I thought the dashboard computer was always accurate in its reading, and it would typically indicate "100 percent" after an oil change. So this is why I answered No... I don't want to drive back to your location to remedy this: I don't have time. I just wanted everything completed on my one free Saturday (which was today)! In sum, I feel that this job was not completed properly. Thank you, Dr. Eisen
