My Service Advisor, Carlos, was very helpful. I did not have an appointment and brought my car in to have the trunk latch inspected. It was no longer working. He fit me in and a technician examined it. Parts to perform the repairs were made and I scheduled an appointment for Saturday. I have taken my car for service at several Honda Dealerships and the staff at SB Honda are by far much better than any other dealership I have been to in the past. I have been a loyal Honda owner for the last 16 years and will continue. It is employees like Carlos coupled with reliability of Honda vehicles is why I will continue.
