I was a “walk up” customer. SB Honda had serviced my car before however, my problem was diagnosed by another Honda dealer while I was out of town. I preferred to have the service done here as this is where I reside.
Bonnie asked if I needed assistance? I spoke with her about my problem and she immediately said, “can you leave your car here or let’s make an appointment!” I made a appointment to diagnose the situation. After diagnosing the problem and offering a resolution(and repair quote) and made an appointment to bring it back the following day.
Not only was the problem resolved completely but, I felt very comfortable with the repair. My wife and I were traveling across country starting in less than a week. Parts were ordered and the repairs were done satisfactorily to the technician, Bonnie and myself. Not only was the repair quote under the estimate but, Bonnie also offered a coupon discount!
I am grateful for the prompt, honest and efficient repair of my Pilot. Thanks for giving Bonnie the latitude to get the best out of the Techs and for the ability to make the customer happy monetarily as well(it was not a inexpensive repair!).

Bonnie was great. But I hate coming to your dealership. It is a dump. The mens bathroom is worse than a broken down bus depot. I am embarrassed to be a Honda owner every time I come to your “place of business”. It appears you have no respect for your customers. This is not Bonnie’s fault. You need to remodel. Have you not seen the nice dealerships your competitors have down the street?
