I scheduled my oil change appointment for Saturday, 4/30/22 at 11:45 am.
When I called they never told me that it might take 4 to 5 hours, so I got there and left as soon as I was told how long it was going to take.
They should have told me that that was a possibility. I had no way of getting back home; you guys no longer have the van service.
