I believe that a properly made appointment should be honored. Unfortunately the manager of the service department does not agree. Unlike any other dealership service experience I have had, it was assumed that I would be willing to wait four hours for my oil change. I had only allowed for an hour and a half. What I learned was that the Santa Barbara Honda dealership service department routinely schedules more customers than they can handle in a reasonable amount of time. His passive aggressive quips in response to my voiced aggravation certainly did not improve my opinion of his managerial skills.
