Bonnie has been my service advisor in the past, and she is always professional and assesses my Accord’s maintenance needs. The one negative comments I have is not regarding the service team but the sales team. I was contacted several time to have my vehicle valued and trade in for a used vehicle. I already have a used vehicle, my 2016 Accord, so why would I trade-in my existing vehicle for an another used vehicle. I do not appreciate the aggressive nature of the sales team. In fact, I will make sure to note the aggressive nature of the sales team to Honda Corporate when they contact me. One reason I continue to own a Honda is because I feel the company values it’s customers. This example shows otherwise.

My service representative today was Brandy. When I got there to pick up my car after waiting 15 minutes I was told the car wouldn’t start and I needed to wait 20 minutes while they charged my battery. The battery on my car was perfectly fine when I brought the car in. I replaced it a couple of years ago. Brandy was very brisk saying I just had to wait although this was very inconvenient for me because I had workmen at the house. After waiting 30 minutes I asked what was happening and was told a new battery was being put in my car. I told brandy I wanted that written in the report that the battery was fine when I brought the car in. She did not just said it was under warranty so I should be fine. I found her condensing and overly brisk. Please never assign her to me again.
