Tech did not reset oil level monitoring system. Something as simple as that should be done. It still read that my oil was 40%. How do I know if you changed the oil or not? Please do not overlook that. Thank you.

Absolutely flawless service support by Bonnie. She is so knowledgeable and diplomatic in her communication skills, really seems to enjoy her job and have a passion for it. I’m so grateful that my Honda Fit is driving fantastically tonight after the 60,000 mile service last Monday and especially because of the replaced strut. I’m grateful that the Master Mechanic did a such great job because I depend on my car. Thank you also for helping me out with a ride to and from the dealership as it made the process far less complicated. Bonnie is a real asset to the service department as I’m sure you are aware. Everyone helped get my old car fixed after I was hauled in with the help of AAA. Even though a part was not available and had to be ordered, I was given a ride home and picked up the next day to get back to Honda. (I was given a lot of help buying a new car and turning in my old car.)
