I have always received great service at this location. Michael is always helpful and informative. He’s welcoming and knowledgeable. I travel almost 2 hours to service my Alfa Romeo in St. Pete, my experience with maintenance department is the reason why.

Front grill chrome is still falling off. Didn’t seem the service manager checked it before it left as his answer was “they told me it was done?”. Originally brought in the car for nail in tire. Never got a call and I had to call in to check on progress every time. Each time I called I was assured I would be called back that evening by the service manager. Never happened until I had to call and express how mad I was that I have received 0 communication for almost a week. I called again and the Service manager tried to upsell me 4 new tires and I said that I won’t need all of them now but I may do them all at a later date. He then decided to not fix my original tire (which I didn’t find out until I came to pick up my car.) He told me it should be done Saturday and if he doesn’t call me then it will be ready on Monday. I never heard from him Saturday and Monday came and I still heard nothing from him until I called him eod at Monday. I let him know I would be there in the morning. I showed up and the car wasn’t ready and they needed to finish washing it. I don’t understand why my car took a week in service (with no loaner offered until I demanded it on the last day) since they didn’t fix my tire, didn’t fix the front chrome piece, and all the did (based on my paperwork) was reseat the backup camera cable. I Spoke to Leon the gm and he took my information down and I have still not heard back from him either. Please let me know how you will resolve this and my grill. Unsure what needs to happen now as I have zero faith in any form of communication and competency. At this point I’m wondering if I will even hear back from this form even though it states I will receive a call.

Excellent service as always. Mike is a pleasure to work with, love bringing my car in to this Maserati. Added technology for services is a very nice touch. I do think there should be a bigger/nicer lounge for waiting. Visit a Mercedes’ service area lounge to compare.

I was told one price for the align was $239.00 when I brought my car in then after 20 mins later the price jump to $460.00 because to get to the relay for the horn you they have to take the tire of with the front bumper. I know somethings about cars that’s not major work for a experienced mechanic dissemble. I was not too happy about the price increase. The dealership should have stuck to the price they quoted me. I might have to find a local mechanic that specializes in Italian cars.
