Poor communication; car was at dealer for 2 weeks, no loaner car leaving us in a very difficult situation. That said, the only service advisor is clearly overwhelmed doing the job of 2 to 3 people. Not the type of service we expect from a luxury brand. We are definitely going back to BMW and Lexus.
