Good service, yes. But for an oil change and tire rotation....it took 3 hours. Way too long

I showed up for my appointment and they didn't have me on the schedule. I showed Logan my text reminder then saw that I had accidentally scheduled the appointment at Toyota of Des Moines. He said no problem we will get you in and he did. I was so impressed with how he handled my mistake. Thank you again for getting my car serviced promptly and next time I'll be more careful when scheduling.
