I was under the impression I was going to get a oil change. What I got was trying to sell a air filter on a car that has 4800 miles on it and they never reset the service reminder. This was my first time dealing with the service department

It took 2 hours just to get my oil changed. I was told when I arrived it would be at least 90 minutes. Why then make an appt if they know we’ll have to wait that long. This is the second time it took that long. And it will be the last time.

I have bought three vehicles from Wilson Toyota. This week I wanted Wilson to replace my six year old battery when I arrived early for my 10:15 am appointment. I didn’t get the car back until 11:48.
The cost of “labor “ was $99! I don’t think the tech who did actually did the work was paid very much for the simple battery swap. And why was there a charge for “shop parts “?
On previous occasions we would want routine oil changes and tire rotations and it just takes too long to get service done at Wilson. I suggest you open up a separate “Express” location for routine maintenance service. And do a better job of scheduling appointments so a customer knows how long it will take. I hope you take my concerns seriously as someone who wants to continue as a customer.

Took almost 3 hours to complete oil change, inspection ,and tire rotation. I would not have waited had I known that. Suggest keeping front desk staff informed about the status so customers can make a decision. There was one other person there who was also surprised by that.

It took way longer than I expected. They didn’t call me to ask about additional work (filters) they thought needed to be done and so when I came back after two hours, I had their questions and additional time was needed. Then, I stayed for an extra hour, thinking the work was being done, and finally got my car back only to get a call later that night that somehow the filters weren’t done and I have to bring my car back! That’s really poor communication and very frustrating!!
