All went well, except the same drainage sound we can not figure out?
Sadly it happened right after I brought the car home. I told them I have a recording of it and it is becoming louder.
Email of new recording will be submitted.
But the frustration I had today is that they want to charge another pricey diagnostic fee for the same issue, this did not seem reasonable. So we still need to address that issue.

I authorized the replacement of two filters for a total cost of approximately $96 in addition to an oil change and tire rotation. The oil change and tire rotation were to be covered by my prepaid maintenance plan. When it was time to check out, the listed cost was initially over $217. When I objected to to the cost, he checked with the service people and changed the cost to $137. This was still not what I had authorized. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and clarity.
