I had a 9:30 appointment for points check & tire rotation. I was told the 9:30 was just a guarantee I would get in that day not the actual appointment time. With not living in Ames I can only wait. This time it was 1 hour & 10 minutes. Nor bad but fir the same service I've gotten in & out in 30 minutes. Just wish my time was just as valuable as yours. I was treated well & will be backas I do like Toyota parts on my Toyota van. I just need to be prepared to sit awhile and not make plans for other activities.

Still have not received my digital inspection to my phone. Waited 15 minutes to get checked out while my car sat outside. Waited 12 minutes before being acknowledged in service drive. Workers pretended I was not standing there, waiting. I tried texting my advisor and he wouldn't respond. Told me he was pulling me into line right away, and didn't update me when he Waited to pull it in. All I ask is for honesty, reliability, and integrity when I leave my vehicle in Wilson's possession. Bad first experience with my first free 5k Toyota care service. Will try again in 5k miles.

When I came to pick up my vehicle my driver’s side window was completely down. So, I am glad I was there shortly after it got done to get it or my window would have been down sitting in the parking lot.

Took 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment- too long. Don’t like that we just receive a text about vehicle issues & no one discusses it with you. Too impersonal. I miss the good welcoming service I used to receive.

The service itself is fine but the timeliness wasn't great. It nearly took 2 hrs for a tire rotation. People before me were also waiting 2 hrs for an oil change. It would have been nice to know they were going to be backed up.

It took over 2.5 hours to change the oil and do an inspection. That is less than an hour job at the vast majority of places. Why did I bother to make an appointment if I still had to wait that long? It is ridiculous and unacceptable. I am a loyal customer…I have driven 5 Toyotas, two I purchased at Wilson and all I got serviced at Wilson. This is not the first time I have waited an unacceptable amount of time but it is my last. I will not be using your service department again.

I had asked for a loaner and didn’t get one. I then had to wait about 35 minutes to get picked up to get back to the garage. I’m never got notified that my car was done and finally got a notification as the shuttle picked me up. I tried calling to see if the car was done about 21/2 hours after it was taken in and no one answered the phone. I finally got the notification 31/2 hours after the car was taken in. I would say the customer service was extremely poor today. The sheet said the service technician went over it and he did not do that. The girl at the checkout desk did some but there were 5 people behind me. I was a very bad experience today and has me questioning if I ever want to buy a car there again.

Was told that I needed the head gasket changed for $6000.00 Took my vehicle to another shop and they said there was a little corrosion in one area but wasn’t even damp. Last time I will ever have any thing done with you!
