I made the appointment weeks ago to have the recall looked at. After checkin and waiting for about 30 minutes, I was told they didn’t have the part and would need to order it. The man who checked me in and communicated with me was very welcoming and apologetic. I am annoyed that I have to plan to have this taken care of on another day off.
