The actual service was good, but I would like to speak with someone from upper management. I am not very happy with the fact that I brought the car into the shop when I had just 15000 miles because it was hesitating and the looked at it and told me there was nothing detected and the same hesitation continued until I got well over 100k when it got worse. There was still nothing detected, but the car has high turbulence,
So I needed a new transmission after 2 years.I was a Kia enthusiasts, but this took the cake away. I am set back $5400 that is really tough at this time. This transmission was bad and I am asking if Kia will refund for the transmission?
