Oil change discrepancy

Great service, clean facility and the work I got done was completed ahead of the time I was given.

The service on my car was great. The staff couldn't be any nicer but it was the lack of communication when I tried to schedule an appointment. I have always scheduled appointments and never had a problem. For 2 weeks straight I'd call and was put through to another line where I left messages.Not once was my calls returned. I also submitted several online requests for an appointment and never received any emails back. It finally took me to tell them I had a service question to get through where I was told it's a first come first serve basis. I've been servicing my car there for 2 years and never had a problem scheduling until now. Very frustrating.

From being a EMPLOYEE to International Autos as a cashier previously the way I was treated was absolutely unacceptable. The service provider did not update me on what was being done to my vehicle (brake lines failing/recall) and just left me in the dark. I was talked down to on multiple occasions from another service assistant manager saying “I’m not a fortune telling and cannot predict the future.” The car CLEARLY had misfire engine issues and I was told it was the catalytic converter, which is fine but that has to due with my oil being dumped into the engine causing the cat to fail. MY CAR IS APART OF THE LAWSUIT. My car was previously checked out by another mechanic and that was the issue at hand, but KIA instead told me otherwise. The mechanic did NOT drive my vehicle to hear the issue at hand and I know this because I took a picture of my mileage before bringing the car into service. I had a 100,000 mi powertrain warranty on this vehicle & once again engine wasn’t even in question. When leaving the dealership my car wouldn’t even accelerate in which left me on the side of the street and had to get towed. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and to be treated this way as a person who worked for this company is disgusting. I will Not recommend this dealer to ANYBODY. Address the elephant in the room about the engine issues and stop hiding it.

Fast and professional service!

Customer service did not follow up with a status related to the key. I prepaid for the key over 3 months ago and did not receive one notification regarding the status for 3 months. That is not putting the customer first. Charlie did all he could to help calm me down, not his job but when out of his way to help. Others can learn from Charlie.

Michael was very good rep. He kept me informed and always return my call or email in a timely manner.
