I waited over about a hour and half to have a light and air filter replaced. I arrived for my 10am appointment before the time and did not leave until about 1:20pm. I was told my car would be completed in about an hour and half. I was there double the amount of time.

The only issue i had was i was there 2.5 hrs with an appointment for an oil chg and software upgrade. Was told it took so long due to carwash. No one came out to tell us anything. Got the electronic updates only. Appears may have taken 1.5 hrs for the carwash.

Audi is constantantly telling me the embrassing Squeak i hear when i apply the breaks when backing up is normal....its a Q7 2018...i really would not trust them to do any work on my car at this point,ive had it for 3-4 months now its not under warrenty, but i knew that i just feel like ive been taken advantage of......ive had to add oil and fluids....audi told me i was good on oil change, at least for 5000 miles. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE WIT AUDI.

We were not satisfied with the service because they were not able to complete the service and a rental car was needed that we had to pay the sale tax and deposit on. We should not have had to pay anything to take care of a factory recall issue. In the end we did not need the rental car because the technician figured out the issue before leaving with the rental car. This took way more time than we had anticipated and that should have also been communicated.

I was not upset, but it does seem that the guys who are working on my car, left it on the explicit language hip-hop station after working on my car. Probably not the best thing to do just in case I had my kids in the car when I turn the car on, or I could’ve been a very religious person. If they are going to mess with the radio they should put it back to the station They found it on when they’re done. As someone who works in customer service, something like this could really put a sour taste in the wrong person’s mouth. Other than that I am very happy with the service and I love the gentleman who sold me my car. Christian is a wonderful sales person!
