The only thing that wasn’t - I felt uncomfortable in the waiting area - It appeared to me that another patron was being pressured into buying a new car when he was just there to get his car serviced. - I have been that patron on past visits and now usually choose not to engage.

My last service with Jeffrey went well overall.
However, I need to clarify a few things:
1. In February, I was required by the service agent to pay for a realignment to which I did. However, I have noticed that my car still does not drive straight - when I release the steering wheel, it pulls to the right. I forgot to mention this to Jeffrey during my most recent service as there were other more pressing issues at the time. I would like to have this rechecked at my next service appointment.
2. The day after my February service, a camera sensor warning appeared for the first time. I returned to your service center and was told that the sensor was just dirty. However, the warning continued to appear monthly until my most recent service on August 19. At that appointment, Jeffrey confirmed that the sensor was actually faulty. He explained that, under my warranty, both the sensor and the car seat trim would be ordered and installed free of charge. A few days later, Jeffrey called to let me know that the car seat trim was ready to be installed. When I asked about the sensor, he admitted that he had forgotten to inform me that the part was already in stock and had been installed on August 19. I am documenting this here for reference and expect the replacement sensor to function properly.
3. On August 19, Jeffrey also informed me that my one-time cabin and engine filters service as part of my contract was done at your center on my last February service. This was done without my authorization. I am contesting this, as I had already replaced both filters myself in January (I even have a recording of myself doing it). With this in mind, I need a confirmation that I am still entitled to filter replacements under my contract until its expiration.
