I had an appointment for car service. I got to dealership service few minutes before my appointment 9 am. I got checked in 9:18am. Only need tired rotation and windshield fluid. I got my car done 11:40am . That is very very long wait even with appointment. Worst service than Costco without appointment. So meaningless with appointment! But Glenn is very nice and friendly.
