It was discovered I needed a new tire on sat 8/2. I was told to come on Monday 8/4 but tire didn't come. I was told Tues 8/5 but I was headed out of town so I made an appointment on 8/11 at 830a and it took until 430p to be completed. I'm not sure what the hold up was, when I went to just tires for my previous cars, it usually took 1 hour.

The service advisor was okay, acceptable. The mechanics leave a lot to be desired. My first visit ended with me leaving with several warning lights that were not on when your technician received my vehicle. I had to return the next day for “diagnostic” test which found the tech had mistakenly disconnected a wire. Upon retrieval of my vehicle, i immediately noticed a loud sound coming from the engine that was not the case when your tech received it. I did leave the facility and the loud noise persists but I’m afraid of what else will occur if I bring my vehicle back to Northridge Toyota.
