Heidi B was extremely helpful. I didn’t realize how long the service would take so had to leave the first time I came. She advised me on th best time to come back, remembered me when I returned, and had my file ready to make things go quickly. Plus she let me hold a dog! 5 stars.

I had an appointment for a basic oil change scheduled for 1:30pm, didn’t receive my car from the dealership until 5pm.
I was told that the oil change would take about 1.5-2 hours which has been my experience with every other oil change I have ever done. It wouldn’t have been an issue if I was advised of this ahead of time and been provided a shuttle or uber home.
I don’t think I’ll be coming back for service at this dealership in the future.

Unfortunately, the windshield spray nozzle still doesn’t work properly and I guess the mechanics say it’s a manufacturing problem with the 2023 Tacoma and there’s nothing anyone can do? This is under warranty and I want it fixed before warranty runs out.
This is something I shouldn’t have to deal with at all . I’ve now come three times and it’s an hour each way for me to drive there . Then I spend hours there and I am loosing money by not being able to work those hours as well
