Heidi went above and beyond even when I had to go for my appointment in the car wasn’t ready she did whatever was possible and made sure that everything was done the right way in the quickest time possible she’s such an amazing team player at Toyota Northridge
When I thought my vehicle wasn’t ready I almost wanted to leave and go out my appointment and then get back later. She offered me a ride just in case I had left but later on. She did marvelous job that my vehicle was done on time and I left thanks Heidi

I find it absolutely horrendous how the pickup situation was handled. I asked for an Uber back to Toyota expecting a link to be able to schedule a ride for myself. I needed to schedule it an hour or so after I got the call that the car was ready as my website was down and I was on the phone with tech support when right in the middle of me trying to solve the issue, I got a call that my Uber was there. I got so flustered that I hung up with tech support meaning my website was going to be down and orders wouldn't be able to be placed while I was gone to pick up the car. I realized after the fact that I should have told the Uber driver to go away and ask to reschedule again, but given the initial incompetence of sending me a link to schedule my own Uber, I wasn't sure how easy it would be for me to get another ride scheduled. It was an absolutely avoidable and horrible situation that I was put in and I suffered, my customers suffered and there was no reason for it. It is incredibly rare for me to get so mad as to write a negative review but my frustration carries to this day and my satisfaction was severely diminished.
