My car was kept for an entire day and was not assessed. When I was informed of this informed my car would not be ready it was with no apology and no offer of a loaner vehicle. After calling back and asking for a loaner I was told I could rent one. When I said I would be there to pick it up I was not offered an uber back to dealership. Today I was told my vehicle was ready. The price I was given as a total was over $200 of the actual price which I knew from calling the parts department and giving my VIN number. Despite me mentioning the difference in price I was told that I was misinformed by the parts department. I was not quoted the accurate price until calling and speaking to a manager and asking for a new associate…. Unrelated to Heidi, upon picking up my vehicle my monitor screen no longer works and is blinking on and off. This has never o cured before and was obvious upon picking up my vehicle triggering a call to the new associate and arranging to bring the car back in tomorrow.

Jeffrey is very personable. Marilyn whom I spoke with to schedule an appointment to have my car checked was quite rude. she asked me a question and then she put me on hold without mentioning it .comes back on the line asked me the same question again. She did schedule my appointment for me. when she was done she just hung up. Very poor customer service.

Unfortunately my experience was not great during my visit for maintenance on my vehicle. I was not assisted by my service advisor until 30 minutes after I arrived. When I arrived I asked 2 different people where is my service advisor & why am I waiting so long. I heard the service advisor respond on the walkie talkie “I know he’s waiting but I’m with another customer doing their uber”. She should have greeted me & asked me to wait or asked another service advisor to assist me rather than have me waiting 30 minutes walking around the dealership looking for someone to assist me. Then my maintenance on my vehicle took 4-4 1/2 hours to be completed. My appointment was during the week early afternoon, it should not have taken so long to completed. My service advisor was Heidi, she was nice but I’m not happy that I waited 30 minutes to be greeted & assisted then the vehicle took 4-4 1/2 hours to be completed. Not satisfied.
