Shirley was awesome, I just dont like how I was told on the phone by a different advisor I have a oil change, rotation, alignment and fluid topoff for this service but it was only a tire rotation. Also, a tire rotation took 2.5hrs. That's crazy and should not be the case especially with an appointment? Wow

I understand it was a busy saturday, but I was waiting for my truck for 4 hours and zero communication or the status. I did not feel assured at all about the care of my truck or of my time. All that was changed was the filter and oil. It should not have taken 4 hours and I was only given my truck back within seconds once I went up to his desk to check in. I was super patient, but if a truck is actually taking that long- please come over to your client and let them know what is going on. It seemed like he forgot about it to be honest. First time I have had a negative experience here- so disappointing.
