The price for just an oil change I found unacceptable however, I was able to find a coupon to use to lower the price. I understand businesses are still making up from what capital gain they lost but this is still price gouging using inflation as an excuse. If you want to keep your client for services, lower the cost. Oil change prices for the past decade has gone from $40 to $60 to $90 last year, to now $120. My rep however, was great in customer service and helped me out. I will have second thoughts when purchasing another Toyota car.
