I came in to diagnose my car hybrid battery and i was told the battery is ok just needed to clean up the fan but i was still experiencing same problem showing on dash board to check hybrid system (battery). i had to bring it back to complain and they later told me it was the battery.why didn't you notice it first in your diagnosing system. I also expect diagnosing/scan to be free. I'm not happy

The BEST experience with Daphne as my advisor. So highly pleased. See following. Highly professional Highly personal Listened to everything I said Asked permission to make suggestions so she was able to do diagnosis of problems & wanted to make further investigation on my car before sending it to service. We came up with plan Daphne made it SIMPLE Daphne made it economical and came up with solution to accomplish GOAL. Not only that but she wanted to make sure I was comfortable during my wait time. Took time as my comfort was important to her. When I left Toyota (which was also during wind from Hurricane Kay and rain) I had all I needed and more! No one at other Toyota location has been able to solve this issue. I now have 3 working keys programmed to start my 2006 Prius. I have 2 keys to allow access into car. This meets my goals and I could not recommend her competence more! Please acknowledge her anyway you can as she is excellent asset to Toyota Corp and so much so I will consider purchasing Toyota as my next car , coming soon! Thsnk you,Sally
