Hi , After so many years been in north ridge Toyota client , I had the worst experience with unfriendly representative ( Quincy ) I had a appointment at 2 he wasn’t there , Somebody told me wait a little he’s going to be here any minute after ten minutes same person told me oh well I take care of you , He told me how much it’s going to cost me for my tire change , I asked why so much he said I have to wait for Quincy to show up I waited awhile he finally showed up we agreed on the price even though it was $70 more than I got estimates from other people , But I thought this is toyta I trust them , Tire change takes 10 minutes ok 30 minutes ok one hour even though I had appointment after almost 2 hours Quincy came and said your car is ready I said thank you for help got the car came home , I opened the trunk I saw spare in the trunk instead in the place supposed to be , I went back to unfriendly representative ( Quincy ) He said he’s gonna take care of it after almost 30 minutes he came over and said your car is rarely it took me almost 4 hours to change the tire now he told me there is recall for your car and it takes 3 hours I’m not sure if telling the truth , please reply to my email
