I dropped off my car at 2:30pm for standard 15k Toyotacare service and installation of missing body plugs. The car was moved into the garage at 2:45pm and was checked by tech and received tire rotations. Work was completed by 3:15pm and car was moved back outside to the lot. I waited till 4:30pm in the waiting room and asked Anthony if my car was done. He went to check on my car and tech moved my car back into the garage to install the body plugs between 4:35pm-4:50pm. I know the times and actions are accurate because I have a dash cam that recorded every time the car was turned on or off. Anthony said that the service department ordered the wrong body plugs and claimed they had to drive to another dealership to get the correct ones. But the video shows otherwise. It appears the tech forgot about my car and left it outside in the lot until I asked about its status. I asked Natalie to order the body plugs before my service department and she knew my VIN number. Making a customer wait an extra 1.5 hours is not acceptable and making up excuses and not taking responsibility is definitely wrong.
