Daphne Lunn was great. Unfortunately, the price for the TPMS ($148) was 50% higher than the msrp on Toyotas official website ($95), and 100% more expensive than mission hills Toyota ($75).

The only problem I had was not with Daphane but here is the story. I called back around 1 ish to talk to Daphane that a missing part on my dash might be in console or glove compartment. She was not at her desk and the operator transferred me to the service desk for someone else to assist. Left a voice mail for someone to call, but no one did. Not looking to get anyone reprimanded. Not a big deal. Just thought you would like to know as having worked in HR I realize the importance of good customer service importance in generating confidence in a company. I am sure if Daphane ever knew I called or that no one else had returned my call, she would have phoned. Sure just a one off and not a regular problem. At pick up I did find the missing dash part in the console and will try to affix myself.

All things were excellent with set up and receiving car after service, except for condition of set out of adjustment, read out was not the same as I brought it in and it took time to reset some of the dashboard that I came in with. All the rest was ok. Thanks.
