I made an appointment at 9.00 AM and my vehicle was checked in 9.20AM.
My vehicle was delivered at 1.20 PM for a simple oil change. The worst part is the first update I received was after 2 hours. I had to postpone my errands and at 12.45 I was told that it is going to take half hour more. Did not expect this kind of service.

It wasn’t the advisors fault but I brought my car in at 7:45 am for an 8 am appt. An oil change and tire rotation. I was waiting for my car and was told it would be about 90 minutes. 90 minutes later they hadn’t even started my car yet. It was over 3 hours and 20 minutes until my car was finished.
