At first, I was upset that my car wasn't started when I dropped off my car at my appointment time. However, Glenn went above and beyond to makeup for that. He was very polite and made sure I left happy, which I did. I've always been satisfied with Toyota Northridge and I will definitely continue to recommend it to others. Thank you all for your service.

I was not satisfied at all, customer service was very terrible . It took 3 hours when I was told it would take about 1hr & 30 mins, if it wasn’t for me showing up it would’ve been longer for me to receive a call. My service provider didn’t even go over anything about my vehicle he just had me pay and I was informed my vehicle will be out soon yet took them another 30 mins to bring out my vehicle . It was ridiculous how long I waited.
