Quincey did not do his best work the day I was there.
I arrived at 1:30 Flor a simple service update. After waiting for 3 hours, I had to approach him to adk for my car.
Customerd who arrivef after me departed before me.
At check in, I asked him to malke an apppintment for my Rav4 the following Saturday for an alignment. He never made it or explainef why.

Mustafa is a good man and an excellent employee !!!
