I asked for my front bumper on my 2010 Prius to be fixed- it was not. My key fob was supposed to be replaced- but that had to be postponed due to a faulty key fob replacement- I must return again next week to have that key fob finally replaced. It’s a far drive from Woodland Hills to Northridge- kind of a pain in the ****- but I will be back. Your service representatives were articulate and helpful????
