Upon finding out they didn’t have my battery they sent someone to get one at Hamer Toyota and Katy immediately called me to tell me about the delay and said she was sorry for the inconvenience….that I consider good customer service. And Tim, manager changed the battery in my key for no charge. Those little things keep me coming to Northridge Toyota!
