The wait times for getting work done is overwhelming. It is hard for working people to get work done. It took over 2 hours to get an oil change and wheel rotation (with a change in cabin filer and one other small thing added at the 90 minute mark).

My windshield was dirty and they didn’t clean it. They also forgot to put a part back until I went back and notified them a piece of plastic was left on my seat. It was the cover to my air filter. They forgot to put it back. Bad service.

I expect to get my car back as I left it at the dealership, not with the sunroof open, the air conditioner on at a extreme setting, my driver seat needed to be completely reset, greasy fingerprints on the hood and door, this lack of care will make me think twice about returning for service
