It took 4 hours to perform a basic service. I called to check on the status of my vehicle after 3 hours had passed, my advisor told me that they need a specialty technician to perform the recall. When I picked up my vehicle, I was told the weld for the recall was not needed. I am not pleased with having to wait 4 hours for the dealership to perform routine maintenance. If I had not called to check on my vehicle, I feel that my car would have been at the dealership even longer. The service team needs to do a better job at prioritization.

They forgot about my car. It was supposed to take only a few minutes since where the 5k miles maintenance. But it took over 2 hours and 30 minutes.

My tuneup was to include topping off my fluids. Because tech suggested to change brake fluid and coolant, those weren’t topped off. I asked if they could top off my windshield wiper fluid and I was told it was done. My wiper fluid was not topped off as I was told. I wanted a price estimate to replace my glove compartment handle. Technician tried to open it and couldn’t. I was told that in order to figure out how to fix the glove compartment handle I needed to pay the diagnostic fee. It would have been nice to be able to get just an estimated price range of how much a glove compartment handle would cost. Thirdly, the representative who delivered me my car keys had several keys drop off my key ring. As they scattered on the floor, I asked what happened. He replied he didn’t know. The key ring was completely pulled apart so it was no longer a ring so all the keys slid off. It was mind blowing that he couldn’t look at his hand to figure it out and just be honest. Honesty is the best policy and after several of these interactions it seemed that honesty and customer service was not a priority. This makes it difficult to trust the company and it’s workers.

Daphne was very nice and helpful, but I didn’t expect to wait over 4 hours to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Last time I received a service at a Toyota it took less than an hour. They said they were having problems with the new computer system, sounds like they need to switch to the old system for faster service.
