Chris is the man, he’s always on top of suggesting the best ways to take care of my vehicle. He’s definitely a top service guy!!! I wouldn’t want anyone handling my service like this guy. Get this man a raise!!

Drop off truck to have front brakes replaced, vehicle stayed overnight and pick up early the following morning and while on the freeway just minutes from being on the road I lost control of the vehicle at a speed of about 65 miles an hour. It turns out that your incompetent technician failed to complete the work correctly and failed to deliver the vehicle guaranteeing safety. I’m quite disappointed and concerned about the level of service provided by your dealer, NORTHRIDGE Toyota. The ordeal prevented me from working for 2 days which reflected in financial hardship and top it ended paying a very expensive work for something poorly and unprofessional done. Total unsatisfactory workmanship!

Everything was great , until I came back to pick up my vehicle. Some other customer of Northtidge Toyota took off with my Vehicles both remote keys. I wasn’t happy to hear that, but was asked to wait 10 minutes till the man brought my keys back. I was only concerned if the man had enough time to duplicate the keys. Should Northridge Toyota “ Re- issue me 2 new keys that have to be reset and programmed to my 2022 ZRav 4 .

The part has been changed, but the issue is not resolved. It still look as the same as before changing. I expressed my concern with the service man, and he responded: “ if you are not satisfied, go to the dealership , where you bought the car”.

As I stated before, Jeffery should be running the place because nobody there is as cool and complacent as he. He made sure that I got my car back in an hour and a half. That’s about as long as anybody there should have to wait for servicing. Just don’t take him away from there or else I will have to find someone else to work on my car. 5 stars, Thank You.
