I dropped by 3 times due to delay with the part and a mixup with the order. I was finally told that the part came in and when I dropped by on 2/13 the technician replaced and installed the wrong part, a seat console under the passenger seat. The part that should have been replaced was the seat armrest. I discussed this with Edwin the shop foreman and he assured me it will be handled internally and the arm rest piece will be ordered and replaced. Waiting once again for the correct part to come in and to schedule a 4th appointment.

Was not happy with decision on cracked windshield. There was no impact it just cracked. Had a picture from night before and Forman said picture was a week old? Also said that a crack that appeared the next morning off of the original crack could not happen that quickly. In short dealership didn’t want to cover the windshield and was coming up with excuses and saying anything even if it wasn’t true. Doesn’t make me trust or want to bring my vehicle in for service or repairs. Had repair done at another reputable windshield shop for 1/3 the cost!
