We were told about h the wheel alignment after an hour and a half and do we had to wait another hour and a half more. This affected our scheduled activities last Saturday. And the added service was expensive. The service advisor was kind and tried to explain why it was necessary. Still, it was an added expense. Thanks.

We had a 10:15am appt. For an oil change. Didn't get the car until almost 2pm! We sat in the waiting area...and waited...shouldn't take that long even when oroviding a check up on the system. The staff are very courteous.
