Glenn was great, please don’t make the review solely about a technician and frame the question as if it is about the entire experience. That’s very loaded.
Again, Glenn was awesome, but service recommending that I pay to replace a cabin filer and air filter, both made of paper, for $200 is just as much of a ripoff as a mandatory $5,000 dealer markup.
