Anthony was very helpful with keeping me informed about what our vehicle needed while in service. He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. I will be requesting him as an advisor for all of our future visits to the service department at Northridge Toyota.

I’m not satisfied because the problem that I paid to fix today existed in 2019 but they said that the battery was the problem, however nothing was fixed. I feel that they purposefully waited till the three year guarantee was over to fix the problem.

All your service advisors are great, and Anthony provided awesome service. The issue is with your customer service line. I was trying to call them to let them know that I was running late for an appointment. I was on hold for 40 minutes before hanging up. When I call on a weekend, the waits on the phone are just as long as a government office. Your office is going to lose business with long waits like that. The Santa Clarita office is much better in that regard. You need to hire more people.
