I brought my 2022 Toyota Camry SE for service on July 22, 2023 and the service advisor Jeffrey Johnson did his routine checks on my car. Everything was good until it was damaged by the mechanic.
The damaged was on the left side by the driver's side. I have side skirt for my car and it got cracked.

Unprofessional & was trying to sell me services that I had already completed on my vehicle. When I told him that, he said "My Bad", I wondered why the technician said that I needed them, had I agreed to do the services it would have cost me close to $500.00, so I'm wondering where the breakdown in communication came from? My regular service advisor was not not in and I got reassigned a interem advisor.
