Great service. Explained all work being performed on my vehicle very detailed. I appreciated the fact, he offered a rental car. NO ONE at keys Toyota has very done that before. I would usually sit an wait for my vehicle. I didn't really care for the rental car I had. (Carolla) but, upon returning, he did inform me there were other models i could rent if they were available. He might just be the reason I buy a new car.

Nobody at Northridge notified Carfax that I had had the maintenance that was required and as a result I kept getting emails from Carfax giving me warnings about how I needed to get stuff done that and already been done and eventually I had to spend time dealing with car fax to get my records straight. I called Northridge and spoke to some people, but nobody seem to know who was responsible for communicating with car fax so I wound up doing it myself.
