I sent my wife to do the maintenance and they tried to charge her for the service $120.00 when I have been paying a monthly service, which I contracted when I bought the vehicle subject to the service. This seems to me either a fraud or bad information from the service personnel. Quincy is not trained to do his job. He wasted my time and I did not the service that my car needed per Toyotas suggestions.

Notably, the air filter replacements and wheel alignments every 15,000 miles were not mentioned to be charged. I value transparency and honest communication, and this misrepresentation of information has left me feeling deceived and misled. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and adherence to the promises made during the purchase. I kindly request that you address the following issues: 1. Investigate the conduct of your service staff and take appropriate corrective measures to ensure better service quality. 2.
