I'm not at all satisfied but I don't believe that it had anything to do with my service advisor David Catarino. I believe it's the actual mechanics that performed the work. I've now bought my car into the service deptname total of 3 times n have been completely disappointed at the work all 3 times that was performed. I'm committed to never returning my car to this dealership for anything further .

David always explains everything clearly to me, and is not pushy in the least. He's very courteous and professional. He even offered me a snack when the car had been there for about 3 1/2 hours, because additional service needed to be done. The car was returned to me with clean doorhandles and clean steering wheel and gearshift for about the first time. I have always had to remove a lot of black greasy grime in most, if not all of my previous services at Northridge Toyota.
